What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery within Cairo takes 2 to 5 business days.
For other governorates, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our size chart available in our Instagram highlights.
How should I wash the products?
• Turn inside out before washing to help maintain color and fabric quality.
• Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, or wash by hand.
• Do not use bleach and avoid tumble drying.
What is your exchange and refund policy?
Exchanges and refunds are available within 2 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
All returns are inspected. If approved, refunds are issued to your bank account or wallet only, no cash refunds.
Is it possible to order two sizes and select just one?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer the option to order multiple sizes and keep only one. However, if the size doesn’t fit, you’re welcome to request an exchange for the correct size.
